At Nanny Agency, we have a passion for education and English. Are you native or bilingual, love children and have already worked around kids? Join us! Along with part-time positions for anglophone babysitters, we also offer opportunities for tutoring and workshops at home.

Our approach: inspiring babysitting in English 

As a babysitter for Nanny Agency, you will have diverse responsibilities, and do various activities. From picking-up a child after school, reading stories and playing at the park to organising workshops for little groups of kids, doing crafts or cooking: we have the job that will fit you!

What we do is so much more than simple babysitting

At Nanny Agency, each Nanny has their own culture and wants to share it with the kids. The traditional babysitting approach is often based on a convenience principle. On the contrary, we promote a real service of entertainment and childcare in English: we want our Nannies to build unique relationships with the children they take care of, a relationship where English is key.

We offer quality pedagogical tools to our Nannies

All our new Nannies receive an in-depth formation about security inside homes with kids, as well as guidelines on how to communicate with French parents. We also provide a set of pedagogical tools (ex: games, colouring pictures…) that you can use as inspiration while babysitting.

In the center of Paris, we also have a Resource Lounge which is dedicated to Teachers and Nannies: you can come anytime, grab a cup of coffee and chat with other Nannies about your experiences!
